This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Web hosting
When you visit this website, technical connection data of the server access is processed (IP address, date, time, requested page, browser information). The purpose is to deliver the website and to monitor the technical function and operational security of the web server.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in safe and functioning operation (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). Data is transmitted to the data processor Telekom Austria AG, Lassallestraße 9, 1020 Vienna, Austria.
Fonts and code libraries
To display the website consistently, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as well as icons and code libraries via the content delivery networks jsDelivr and cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). For technical reasons your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and fast presentation of the website (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). This may involve a transfer to countries outside the European Union. Transfers to the USA are based on Art. 45 GDPR in conjunction with the European Commission's adequacy decision C(2023) 4745 (Data Privacy Framework).
Enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are forwarded to our mailbox info@kocina.at via the service Web3Forms (operated by Surjith S M, India, privacy policy). According to the provider, Web3Forms does not store the content permanently but only delivers it by email. This may involve a transfer to a third country outside the EU.
We process them to handle your enquiry on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR) and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). You are not obliged to provide any data, but without it we cannot process your enquiry.
Online booking and maps
For online booking we link to the booking system at hotelsoftware.at, and for directions to Google Maps. These services are only loaded when you click the respective link. From then on, the privacy policy of that provider applies.
Right to object
You have the right to object to processing if your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests. We will then cease the processing carried out on this basis, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for it. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the objection is not affected.
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw consent you have given at any time, for example by email to info@kocina.at. The lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal is not affected.
Other rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data. If the processing is based on your consent or on a contract with you, you also have the right to data portability.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
